Information you choose to share

Inquiry forms send your name, phone, optional email, home plans and requested visit details to our CRM. The page and campaign information help us identify which store and consultant you contacted. The assigned consultant or store contact receives an email linking to the inquiry in the CRM.

Financing applications use a separate protected form. Financial details are stored in the CRM’s protected application records and are not included in notification emails. Your consultant reviews the information before preparing lender documents.

Unsubmitted drafts remain on the current page. Refreshing or closing it clears them. Contact our store with questions or requests about information you submitted.
